Let me explain, when you have a large group of computers lets compare those computers to small on and off transistors. So then if you have a large group of small transistors like a few CPU’s with autophi processing on top and then let’s say to compare the size as a scale and minimize the computation’s per “computer” or “transistor” and then accelerate that by automation of need and performance or outcome. Then there will be a more exact system of processing instead of guessing an allotment of unspecified operations.
